Terms of use

By using this site you agree to these terms.

What the site does. It provides general information and a phone number that connects callers to independent contractors. It does not perform restoration work.

No professional advice. The information is general. It is not legal, insurance, engineering or medical advice. Your policy and your contractor's assessment decide your case.

Contractors. You contract directly with any contractor. This site is not a party to that contract and does not warrant or guarantee the work. You are responsible for verifying license and insurance.

Links. Links to government pages are for reference. The site does not control them.

Limits. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from a contractor you reach through it.

Changes. The terms may be updated on this page.
